This policy applies to both portions of the Platform:Administrators / Event CoordinatorsDrivers / Event ParticipantsBy accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.1. Platform Roles and Responsibilities
Administrators / Event CoordinatorsAdministrators create and manage organizational accounts, configure events, enroll drivers or participants, and control event-level data. Administrators are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any information they submit to the Platform.Drivers / Event ParticipantsDrivers and participants do not independently create accounts. Access to the Platform is provided solely through enrollment by an Administrator using the driver’s email address. Drivers who have been previously enrolled may be invited to future events and retain access to prior event data.2. Information We Collect
A. Information Provided by AdministratorsAdministrators may provide:Name, email address, and organization detailsEvent configuration and scheduling informationDriver or participant information (such as name, email address, car details, and event-related notes)All driver or participant information is provided at the Administrator’s discretion.B. Information Related to Drivers / ParticipantsDriver and participant information is supplied by the event Administrator. Drivers may optionally update:NamePhone numberCommunication preferences (email, SMS, push notifications)C. Technical and Communication DataTo operate the Platform, we may collect:Email addresses for notificationsPhone numbers if SMS is enabled by the driverPush notification tokens (for example, Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens)Authentication identifiersSystem and diagnostic logs, which may include IP addresses or device identifiers depending on service configurationThe Platform does not collect precise location data or GPS information at this time.3. How We Use InformationOff Camber LLC uses information only to operate and support the Track Time Alerts Platform, including:Creating and managing Administrator accounts and eventsEnrolling drivers and participantsDelivering event-related notificationsMaintaining historical event dataProviding customer supportEnsuring system security, reliability, and performanceWe do not use personal information for advertising, marketing, or behavioral profiling.4. Communications and ConsentEmail notifications are sent once a driver is enrolled in an eventSMS and push notifications are opt-in onlyDrivers may enable or disable SMS or push notifications at any timeCommunication preferences do not affect access to core Platform features5. Third-Party Services and InfrastructureThe Platform relies on third-party service providers solely to support core functionality such as authentication, message delivery (email, SMS, and push notifications), infrastructure hosting, logging, monitoring, and payment processing.These service providers:Process information only on behalf of Off Camber LLCAre contractually restricted from using personal information for their own purposesDo not sell, market, or independently exploit personal informationOff Camber LLC does not share personal information with third parties for advertising, analytics-based marketing, or tracking purposes.6. PaymentsPayments are required when an Administrator creates a paid event. Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors. Off Camber LLC does not store full payment card details.7. No Advertising or TrackingThe Platform:Does not display advertisingDoes not sell user dataDoes not use third-party tracking mechanisms for advertising or cross-application trackingAny future analytics tools will be used solely to improve Platform performance and reliability.8. Future IntegrationsIf Track Time Alerts integrates with additional third-party services in the future:Users will be notified in advanceAny sharing of personal information will be opt-inUsers will have the opportunity to decline participation9. Data RetentionAt this time, the Platform retains event and notification data indefinitely. As the Platform matures, Off Camber LLC may implement retention limits (for example, deleting old notifications or historical event details after a defined period).Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.10. SecurityWe implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.11. Children and Age RequirementsThe Platform is intended for individuals of legal driving age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.12. Your Rights and ChoicesDepending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:Access your personal informationRequest correctionsRequest deletion, subject to operational or legal constraintsOpt out of optional communicationsRequests may be submitted through the Platform or by contacting us directly.13. Terms of Service

Last Updated: December 22, 2025These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Track Time Alerts platform (the "Platform"), operated by Off Camber LLC ("Off Camber," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.1. The PlatformTrack Time Alerts is a communication and event-notification platform designed to support motorsports events. The Platform enables Administrators / Event Coordinators to create events and enroll Drivers / Event Participants for the purpose of receiving schedule and event-related notifications.The Platform does not provide racing instruction, coaching, safety oversight, or event management services.2. User Roles
Administrators / Event CoordinatorsAdministrators create organizational accounts, configure events, enroll drivers, manage event data, and are responsible for all content and information submitted to the Platform.Drivers / Event ParticipantsDrivers do not independently create accounts. Access to the Platform is provided solely through enrollment by an Administrator using the driver’s email address. Drivers may update limited profile information and communication preferences.3. EligibilityThe Platform is intended for individuals of legal driving age or older. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.4. Account Access and SecurityAdministrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity occurring under their accounts. Off Camber LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.Drivers access the Platform through invitation-based authentication mechanisms and are responsible for safeguarding access to their email or device.5. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:Use the Platform for unlawful purposesSubmit false, misleading, or unauthorized personal informationInterfere with or disrupt Platform functionalityAttempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or dataUse the Platform for advertising, solicitation, or spamOff Camber LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.6. Data and PrivacyUse of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, used, and protected. Administrators represent that they have the authority to provide driver or participant information to the Platform.7. CommunicationsDrivers enrolled in events may receive email notifications by default. SMS and push notifications are optional and require explicit opt-in by the driver. Communication preferences may be changed at any time.8. Payments and FeesAdministrators may be required to pay fees to create or host events on the Platform. Fees are presented at checkout prior to event creation.Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. All fees are subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy available on our website.9. Intellectual PropertyThe Platform, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and functionality, is the exclusive property of Off Camber LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any portion of the Platform without prior written consent.10. Third-Party ServicesThe Platform may rely on third-party services to deliver functionality such as authentication, messaging, infrastructure hosting, monitoring, and payment processing. Off Camber LLC is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.11. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.Off Camber LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.12. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Off Camber LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Platform.In no event shall Off Camber LLC’s total liability exceed the fees paid to Off Camber LLC by the Administrator in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.13. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Off Camber LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or submission of unauthorized data.14. TerminationOff Camber LLC may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect Platform integrity.Administrators may discontinue use of the Platform at any time, subject to outstanding payment obligations.15. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or within the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.16. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Off Camber LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.17.
